01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 98ok (accessible at https://98ok.io and its associated subdomains, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 98ok Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms, and that "you" shall refer to both you personally and the entity on whose behalf you act.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by you on the 98ok Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the Platform.

• "Balance" means the real-money funds credited to your Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching deposit credits granted by 98ok that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any game, sports event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator technology used to determine outcomes in casino and slot games.

• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole operating currency of the 98ok Platform.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register an Account on 98ok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the 98ok Platform.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the 98ok Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 98ok Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.4 Account Verification

98ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate; proof of residential address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

04 Age Verification

The 98ok Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We take underage gambling extremely seriously. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

98ok employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary proof of age at any stage. If at any time we have reason to believe that a registered user is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, freeze any associated Balance, conduct a full KYC review, and where underage use is confirmed, permanently close the Account and report the matter in accordance with applicable law.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

98ok accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 98ok's discretion, and the current list of accepted methods will be displayed on the Platform at all times.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on the 98ok Platform is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method used and on account verification status. These limits are displayed within your Account settings and on the deposit interface.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your Account Balance. 98ok does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 98ok accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Currency

All Account Balances, Wagers, Winnings, and Bonuses on the 98ok Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign-currency deposits are accepted. Any funds deposited in a currency other than BDT will be rejected and returned to the source payment method.

5.5 Prohibited Deposit Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on the 98ok Platform is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted following full KYC verification and at 98ok's sole discretion.

6.3 Processing Times

98ok aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. 98ok accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 98ok reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. This applies to first-time withdrawals and to any withdrawal where the platform's risk assessment procedures flag a requirement for additional verification.

6.5 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the Bonus Funds being deducted from the withdrawal amount or the withdrawal request being declined, at 98ok's discretion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards made available on the 98ok Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds issued by 98ok are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the offer details at the time of claiming. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotional offers are available to each verified player once only. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus through a second account, a different payment method, or a different device will be treated as a breach of the one-account policy and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as account suspension.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified in the bonus offer terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirements are forfeited and removed from the Account Balance automatically.

7.5 Abuse and Manipulation

98ok reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies designed to reduce wagering risk while fulfilling requirements, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith player use.

08 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 98ok Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming any wager. 98ok will not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the rules of a specific game or market.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 98ok — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules applicable to that market will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on the 98ok Platform use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform, by 98ok staff, or by any external party. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is as specified by the game provider and is not modified by 98ok.

8.4 Error and Malfunction

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, payouts, or Account Balances, 98ok reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct any resulting Account Balance discrepancy. Bets placed or winnings credited as a result of a manifest error are not binding on 98ok.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98ok Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform functionality.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access credentials to any third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to the 98ok Platform without prior agreement from 98ok.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 98ok staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98ok Platform — including but not limited to the 98ok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 98ok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from 98ok.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used on the 98ok Platform under licence. Any misuse of such content is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a violation of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of Account Balance due to player error, or interruption of service.

98ok's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98ok makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 98ok does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times or from all geographic locations.

14 Termination and Account Closure

14.1 Closure by Player

You may close your 98ok Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

14.2 Closure by 98ok

98ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or for any other reason that 98ok determines, in good faith, makes continued Account operation inappropriate or contrary to Platform integrity.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 98ok — all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game and market rules. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are automatically forfeited.

15 Amendments to These Terms

98ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 98ok will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1 of these Terms.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 98ok operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make claims regarding specific regulatory approval from any particular governmental body.

In the event of a dispute between you and 98ok, you agree to contact the 98ok support team at [email protected] in the first instance and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 calendar days — for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal proceedings.

All communications between 98ok and registered players regarding disputes, account matters, or these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms & Conditions.
